Ferrero has 15 years of experience in eCommerce, marketing and digital transformation . He launched the PHILIPS eCommerce platform in Spain for all the brand's product ranges and for 5 years he was its eCommerce Manager. He then faced digital transformation projects, customer focus selling and Salesforce implementation and, in the last 3 years, he has focused on the development of the marketing communications, advertising and omnichannel actions strategy. Currently, he is vice president of the Electronic Commerce Leaders Club (CDCE) and director of the Master in Digital Marketing at ESIC Business & Marketing School.
